As a Wide Receiver and Outside Linebacker, Neeley showed excellent athleticism. Playing OLB, he is a very good pass rusher and can play coverage when needed. Neeley racked up 106 tackles (18 for loss) 1 sack, 4 forced fumbles and 2 fumble recoveries in his Junior & Senior seasons. But it was WR where Josh received All State honors, catching 47 passes for 697 yards and 7 touchdowns. He has good football instincts, is able to find the open holes in defensive coverages and his soft hands mixed with his breakaway speed made him a terror to defend.
