Carraway is a big, bruising left tackle who has a lot of fun showcasing his talent while blocking for one of the best running backs in the nation. The force of an anchor excels in zone run schemes, displaying a powerful get-off, heavy hands, and a high motor to finish blocks into the second level. He also shows plenty of promise for the next level in pass pro, possessing solid technique and good pad-level. For his monstrous size, Carraway even demonstrates a decent mix of short-area quickness and change of direction as well.
