Rise: #263 to #170
Joey is an absolute gunslinger. He is going to attack every level of the field without hesitation. That confidence comes from his physical tools. His footwork and release are so quick, allowing him to set and throw in an instant. The arm strength is there to drop it in a bucket to his WR deep downfield. Most importantly we see the accuracy to every level of the field and a great understanding of leverage and where the ball needs to be for his WR to have a chance without putting the ball at risk. Joey is a great example of the depth among the Class of 2026 QBs. Tap into his highlight reel.

- 209/347, 2,495 Passing Yards, 32 Passing TDs, 4 Rushing TDs
Joey is one of the most productive passers returning to the field in 2025. In his first year as the starter for Middleton Joey showed off the accuracy to carve up defenses at every level of the field. He handled a big responsibility with nearly 350 passes in 11 games and proved to be a great decision maker. I’m excited to see that next step from the uncommitted senior.

The 2nd leading passer in terms of yards returning to the field in 2025 is Middleton’s Joey Passaglia Joey Passaglia 6'3" | 190 lbs | QB Middleton | 2026 State WI . The junior QB finished with 2,495 yards and 32 TDs. Both numbers put him inside the Top 10 overall in 2024. Both numbers also have him and 2nd most of all players returning in 2025. Middleton put a lot of trust in him to lead their offense up and down the field. Joey was well equipped for the challenge. The junior signal caller wins with his pinpoint accuracy to every level of the field and managed to protect the ball consistently while also pushing the ball downfield often. The big play producer is only going to get better this season with his own development and the return of a few of his top receiving targets. Get ready for a big season from Joey.

In his first year as the varsity starter for Middleton, Joey passed his way into PRZ WI Player of the Year consideration with his nearly 2,500 yards and 32 TDs in just 11 games. All while completing 60% of his passes and averaging 7.2 yds/att. It is that accuracy and touch that brought Joey so much success as a junior. It didn’t matter what level of the field or if it was from the pocket or while buying time. Joey demonstrated the ability to get the ball out with sound mechanics that allowed him to control where he placed the ball. The pocket passer was a quick decision maker in 2024 showing he could go from receiver to receiver and look off safeties. The ’26 QB wasn’t afraid to uncork it downfield either, showing an arm that opens up the deep third of the field. As his arm strength improves the junior QB is only going to climb the recruiting boards around the state and midwest. Keep a close eye on this kid because he is putting in the off-season work.
