Another twitchy player with a skillset that seems to be perfectly built to play the slot receiver, Hernandez does a great job of getting defenders to bite before cutting away and getting immediate separation. I thought he did a great job of showing both his secure hands and a good catch radius; which is really important for a player of his size. At just 5’5″, he was the shortest pass catcher at the event but didn’t play like it at all. Coming off a year where he found the endzone four times, Hernandez should take a big jump in 2024 with his ability to get open in tight spaces.
