Strong edge prospect that picked up his first offer from Northern Arizona at the beginning of the month and is sure to add more. At a massive 6’4” 250 lbs. he’s a disruptor against both the run and pass that dominates the LOS. He’s a force to move with his size and natural strength at the POA being able to anchor down and maintain gap integrity though out the play. A plus athlete at his size, he shows a quick get off, good bend, and short area lateral agility/burst. Shows good command and usage of both speed and power moves to beat blockers. Could see him slide to the interior DL depending on development and scheme at the college level but all around solid up and coming D1 prospect.

Brown checks a lot of boxes as a high caliber DE prospect with a strong blend of size, athleticism, and motor. 6’4” 245 lbs. he’s got good length in his frame with the strength and mass to match. Plus initial quickness to explode out of his stance and gain positional leverage that puts immediate pressure on offensive tackles. Flashes the bend and lateral quickness to consistently win working off the edge. Active and violent hands constantly working to disengage, shed, and create separation to not allow blockers to get into his body. Good mix, variety, and timing of both speed and power moves to avoid being blocked. Always attacking and moving with high energy and effort. Has performed extremely well at offseason camps and showcases. Will be a problem for opposing offenses over the next few years and is expected to gain a lot of recruiting attention as he’s able to showcase his skillset.

Brown is a quick, smooth player that has taken leaps this offseason and is really hitting a new trajectory. He showcases a quick, swift swim move to both outside or inside and keeps a strong center of gravity through lateral contact with momentum moving forward. Don’t underestimate his strength either, as he shows good play strength and knows when to utilize a bull rush against offensive linemen when their weight is on the back end. Tons of potential for Brown moving forward.
