2027 K Jaylen Brown has put in a lot of work to develop into a legitimate kicker prospect for Bridgeport and it’s paying off in his senior year. Brown is the younger brother of former highly ranked DL Wes Brown Jr, but he’s carved out his own path as a specialist and has been consistent through the first three weeks of his senior season. Brown isn’t your conventional kicker prospect with a 5’9 235 frame, but he’s done a good job handling PAT duties for the Indians while allowing star RB/K Gavin Williams to get a break and save his legs from handling the other specialist duties as a three-phase player. Brown earned an opportunity from Glenville State in the offseason, where his brother plays, and his continued development makes him a worthy specialist to add to your recruiting board.
