has built his game on accuracy, and it shows up in how consistently he keeps the offense on schedule. Bordas completed 128/201 passes for 1,700 yards with 13 touchdowns to just 4 interceptions as a junior, doing his job within a system that leaned heavily on the run. He delivers a catchable ball at all levels and doesn’t force throws, letting the game come to him and taking what’s there. With the offense expected to open up more, Bordas is in a strong position to let that accuracy really take over and carry a bigger load through the air in 2026.

has taken steady steps forward during his time at Wheeling Park, and the progress he showed in a productive junior campaign moved him up to the #2 quarterback spot in the 2027 rankings. He finished the year with 1,700 passing yards and 13 touchdowns, operating an offense that often leaned on its ground game. With standout running back

graduating, the offensive structure is likely to shift, putting Bordas in position to take on a larger share of the workload through the air. His patient approach has set the stage for a senior year in which he can fully showcase his command of the offense and put his arm talent on display. If the passing game expands as expected, Bordas has a strong chance to elevate both his production and his profile during his final season.

has kept defenses honest when needed through the first five games. He and the Patriots’ passing game found success against a good St. Clairsville (OH) team last week and were able to open up the passing game more. They found some things that they can continue to do moving forward in that phase of the offense last week, which should translate to more success for Bordas in the second half of the season as they work to find balance.

did a nice job for the Patriots as a young sophomore in 2024 and should take a big step forward as a junior. He saw the highs and lows as a first-year quarterback, but the potential and upside were obvious in year one. Bordas can make a push for the #1 QB ranking this fall with a big year and the ability that he has. He threw for 1,700 yards and 17 touchdowns as a sophomore, which are numbers that he can improve on this season as the Patriots look to open up the passing game more.

was right in the mix for quarterback MVP at the Combine Series, which we expected from a Top 3 QB prospect in his respective class. Bordas has a quality build for a rising junior and has all of the tools to develop into a high-level quarterback prospect eventually. He showed tremendous upside as a first-year varsity sophomore starter this past season for the Patriots, a year earlier than many expected, with the incumbent QB1 transferring before the season. The highs and lows of a young quarterback showed up in year one against a tough AAAA schedule, but Bordas’ potential and upside are clearly high. He showcased that ability at Saturday’s camp as one of the top quarterbacks in attendance and a Top Performer mention from his college position coach who was training him.

started out the Patriots’ playoff run with a quick but efficient bang in their 43-0 win over Musselman. The sophomore attempted just 6 passes in the game and misfired on only one but those 6 passes accumulated 216 yards and three touchdowns in the victory. Bordas is backing up our #3 quarterback in the 2027 class claim this season passing for 1,600 yards and 16 touchdowns through 11 games this season. We’re looking forward to seeing film of his season on Hudl in time but are confident that he’ll remain at the top of the 2027 QB rankings by his senior year as he continues to development and gain experience at the varsity level.

made his varsity debut as QB1 for the Patriots and performed how the #3 ranked quarterback in the class should. Bordas was an efficient 11/17 for 236 yards and 3 touchdowns in their 35-14 win over Parkersburg South. We had a strong feeling that he would have a very good debut season at the varsity level and Bordas is on the right track after week one.
We’re looking forward to seeing some game film of him this season to go along with his stat line as he fights for that #1 QB ranking spot after the season.

as well. He’ll be stepping into the varsity starting role sooner than everyone expected with the incumbent starter transferring out of state which thrusts Bordas into the QB1 spot for the Patriots in his sophomore year. He commanded the Patriots’ JV team as a freshman where he showed great early signs of being a talented passer and now we’ll get to see how he does at the varsity level against a tough schedule. Bordas has looked good throughout the 7on7 circuit this summer and has momentum heading into his sophomore season. He’ll debut as the #3 QB in the class for now as we await varsity film that could propel him higher in time.
Don’t be surprised if he’s the leading passer in the state out of the 2027 quarterback group this season as we anticipate a breakout season for the young QB.

will continue to be the varsity starter in 2024, Bordas could slide right in after him for the 2025 and 2026 seasons. He has the family pedigree of being a great athlete as his older sister Alexis is one of, if not the top girls basketball prospect in the state. The younger Bordas was the quarterback of the Patriots’ JV team this season as a freshman and already showed early signs of being a well-developed QB. He has a live arm with great throwing mechanics for a quarterback his age and can make some high-level throws on difficult routes. Bordas has nice touch on his passes and places the ball well throwing a very catchable ball. His footwork on his dropbacks is sound and has fluid movement from snap to throw. Bordas is ahead of the game fundamentally and technically and has a bright future at the position.
