was one of the names that we had circled coming into Thursday’s game. Worley put up monster numbers as a junior and has done a great job of leading this Trojan offense this season. Worley and the Kiefer passing attack was limited on Thursday night but they didn’t force it. They stuck to the ground game and Worley was still able to productive in that department. He finished with nearly 70 yards on the ground while finishing with nearly 60 yards passing. But one thing that really impressed us was his arm strength. Worley was firing some absolute bullets on Thursday. He’s a QB to watch moving forward.

is ready to take the Trojans to new heights this season. With some new skill players around him, we anticipate Worley to have even more of a load on his shoulders in terms of production within the Kiefer offense. Worley finished last season with over 2,200 yards and 26 touchdowns in the air. He also added over 500 yards and six touchdowns on the ground. It’s hard to think that Worley won’t be one of the top dual-threat quarterbacks in Class 2A this season. Worley also doubles as a safety for the Kiefer defense. Although there’s no doubt that the biggest impact is on the offensive side of the ball.
