, but we know he’s going to be one of the top prospects in this class. He’ll be a future D1 prospect who’s capable of playing on either side of the ball in college with the raw athleticism that he has. Chandler is also a long athlete in the 6’3 range, which may cause him to flip to WR in the rankings down the road, depending on how he produces there. He totaled 55 tackles and 3 interceptions as a freshman for the Big Reds and doubles as a standout on the track team. Once he produces some game tape, expect colleges to begin poking around.”
