His first clip on his freshman film shows you what kind of player Grinter is as a highly physical athlete who plays with an edge. We loved seeing the nastiness he played with as a young lineman and did a great job finishing his blocks until the whistle. Grinter has apparent early physical strength and strong hands that pushed defenders around easily at the JV level.
