San Marcos class of 2025 receiver Jase Nix Jase Nix Jase Nix 5'9" | 165 lbs | WR San Marcos | 2025 State CA announced his commitment to San Jose State on Tuesday.

He was one of the leading junior receivers in San Diego last season with 991 yards on 56 catches with 14 touchdowns.

Nix chose San Jose State over five other schools that offered him including Arizona, Fresno State and San Diego State among others.

He is the third player from Southern California in San Jose State’s 2025 recruiting class.

San Marcos class of 2025 receiver Jase Nix Jase Nix Jase Nix 5'9" | 165 lbs | WR San Marcos | 2025 State CA has picked up a pair of offers this month from Nevada and San Diego State.

Nix caught 63 passes for 846 yards with 13 touchdowns as a sophomore for San Marcos last season.

He attended a camp at Oregon last weekend and won the fastest man award. He runs a 10.86 in the 100 meters which is the fastest for a sophomore in San Diego County.

Nix also has offers from Arizona and Toledo.
