Roa’s shown raw arm talent as Lincoln’s JV QB last season and on the offseason circuit at this early stage of his development. He possesses a strong, accurate arm for his age that can spread the ball around the field and thread passes into tight windows. He shows good mobility from the pocket and ability to make throws on the run. Roa has potential to develop into one of the top QBs in San Diego’s 2027 class over the coming years.
