The San Marcos product is one of the most explosive and dynamic playmakers in all of San Diego and can impact the game in all three phases. He shows downfield speed to get over the top, strong hands when coming down on 50/50 balls and can create seperation and is excellent after the catch. He is a strong runner for his size and has short area twitch, gets into the blind spots before breaking off and should fit nicely in the slot or outside in college. Doubling duties as a safety he shows tremendous instincts/ball skills and tackling range in the backend while not afraid to get into the mix in the run game. He is going to be a very nice late steal for a college team and should get late FCS opportunities.

McIntyre was a rankings riser in January’s 2027 CA Rankings update after putting together another strong season with Escondido. Totaled 460 yards and 3 TDs on 42 catches and 4 INTs as a sophomore. Versatile two-way player (WR/DB) that can impact the game in all three phases. Makes plays on the ball with great instincts, range, and reaction time. Offers tremendous potential on either side of the ball with the speed, fluidity, and ball skills he brings to the table.
