2027 George Washington OL James Payne James Payne 6'4" | 265 lbs | OL George Washington | 2027 State WV wasn’t needed in the second half of the Patriots’ 45-12 thumping of Hurricane, but he put in a full day of work in the first half. Payne showcased why we consider him a Top 3 OL prospect in his class against a young and rebuilding Redskins’ team, and dominated up front for a convincing halftime score. He and his fellow offensive linemen have done a great job in the first two games of the season, allowing a freshman running back to see a lot of success early on.
