We wrote about this Macon Co RB in one of our earlier posts, he impressed us all day. Great size at 5’9 191. Absolutely tore the testing portion of the day up with a Top 10 40 time and 9’6 broad jump. PRZ has him ranked as the #1 RB prospect in the 2027 class and based on Saturdays performance he has has the tools to get it done. Physical runner last season at Macon Co, not afraid to put his head down and run over defenders. Has the speed to get to the outside and by the defense. Big sophomore season coming up for this young man.

Parker passes the eye test when he steps on the field. The rising sophomore is 5’11 190 and solid frame. Excelled in agility testing, especially in the broad jump where he put up a Top 10 9’6.

PRN has Parker ranked as the #1 RB in the 2027 he showed his potential on Saturday. Moves well, strong, fast and athletic. Plays LB as well for Macon Co and has the potential to one of the breakout names in Middle Ga in 2024.

Physically, Parker was the most impressive class of 2027 running back on the Georgia Future Stars eighth-grade team. He looked like a created player out there with muscle on top of muscle, speed, power and the midnight-black dark visor. At this point he is the most complete and varsity-ready back I’ve seen play in this 2027 class in the state. I’m not the only one who think he’s beyond his years, as Parker already has offers from UAB, Arkansas and Cincinnati. This off-season, he has also camped/visited Georgia and Aubuoo. Expect nearly double-digit offers by this time next year.

Parker came into the week with high expectations due to what I, and others, have seen him do throughout his middle school career. He did not disappoint at all. He looks like a Madden “create-a-player” complete with the muscular build, good speed and the dark visor on his helmet. Just one of an insanely talented–and crowded–Georgia 8th grade backfield.

Parker is a coaches dream for a 1, 2, punch combination. He has the #1 covered and the punch! Your job is to figure out who will be the 2. At a proportioned 5’11 physical running back, still only in middle school, is scary. This top prospect out of Macon County M.S. looks the part with or without pads and unfortunately once he’s past the d-line it’s a business decision to bring him down. Jakeyveon has quickness and decisive speed which will get defenses in trouble if allowed outside the hashes. Those slabs of meat hanging from his lower body, match his shoulder width, so it’s no wonder he welcomes contact and always finds room to fall forward. Body wise he is the most ready for high school and will be racking up offers from all conferences in the coming years. It will be interesting to see him and Jerry Andrew Beard Andrew Beard 5'9" | 170 lbs | RB Lincoln County | 2027 GA on the field at the same time in this years game before battling for headlines in their home state.

Jakeyveon Parker Jakeyveon Parker 5'10" | 195 lbs | RB Macon County | 2027 State GA showed up at the camp with a reputation as an elite player, having already been on the 2027 PRZ Next National Watch for months and the talented athlete did not disappoint. Parker is a well-put together middle school player, with a body that will make him ready to step onto the high school field and compete from day one  Clocking a 4.75 in the 40, he showed top-end speed with elite agility and balance.  His change of direction was effortless and explosive.  He proved why many consider him one of the top running backs in his class.

Jakeyveon is a breakaway running back out of the football powerhouse state of Georgia. One of the most impressive things about Jakeyveon’s game is his overall speed. Throughout all of the clips I have watched, Jakeyveon has no problem separating himself from the defense with his running ability. Another thing about Jakeyveon and how he plays is his overall physicality and tenacity at running back. When watching his film, it is evident that Jakeyveon is not going to let one or two tacklers bring him down; he is going to fight through them as he works his way to the endzone. He has shown this by simply dropping a shoulder and driving his feet through defenders, as well as continuing to fight through the second level with every ounce of effort. Jakeyveon is someone that everybody should be excited about in the future. I am expecting a big career out of Jakeyveon.
