Jacob was a new Nebraska name that caught my attention in Brookings at the last SDSU prospect camp on 6/9. One sure thing that popped out right away for me with Jacob was I could tell this young man carried the blue-collar work ethic a college program would want in the trenches with just watching his motor alone. I loved watching Jacob’s hip drive in the 1v1 reps I watched as when he was able to fire them out quickly, the amount of leverage he was able to get was absurd and I was able to see how well this young man finishes on his blocks. In my eyes, this kid is more a sleeper than he should be out of Nebraska.
