Using his long arms to create separation in pass protection and to disengage from the Dowling OL, Williams showed that he was adept on both sides of the ball. He finished the evening with eight tackles, including a TFL.

With the deep pool of talent at Liberty in 2024, it was easy for guys like Williams to get overlooked. He contributed 17.5 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and a sack during the Lightning’s first-ever run to the 5A state semifinals. During his junior highlight video, Williams proves to be a disruptive interior D-Lineman. He makes up for the lack of traditional bulk in there with quickness and active hands. Williams has a knack for absorbing blocks and also being able to separate from them. His skills would help plenty of programs on the next level.
