Manthey is one of the top kickers in Colorado. The 5’10 165-pound had 54 kickoffs for 3141 yards with 41 touchbacks and his longest was 70 yards. He went 27/28 on PATs, and 7/12 on FGs with his longest being 51 yards. As a punter, he had 34 punts for 1183 yards and 4 inside the 20. Manthey has very good leg strength. He launches it down the field effortlessly with smooth and fluid kicking mechanics. Very good leg control and placement. Very good kick accuracy. On punts, he has good hang time allowing his gunners to reach the returner. Great job by the kicker who I can see doing well at the next level.

Manthey is a phenomenal and reliable kicker. Last season, he accounted for 35/35 on PAT, and 11/15 on field goals with only 3 being blocked. His longest this season was 46 yards. However, Manthey’s high school career stats are impressive. He went 74/77 on PAT with only 3 being blocked, and 20/26 FG with 3 being blocked as well. His career high is 52 yards and he is worthy of being the #1 ranked kicker in Colorado. He has very good kick power and very good kick accuracy. He stays poised in the big moments and delivers the kick. Phenomenal kicker that deserves looks.

A 3-sport athlete, Manthey plays soccer and baseball along with football. Manthey was used as a field goal kicker, and knocked it out of the park. Going 35/35 on PATs, and 11/15 on FGs, with his longest being 46 yards. I am very impressed with Manthey’s very good kick power and very good accuracy. If the game is in a kicker’s hands, Manthey is your guy.

Perfection under pressure defines Manthey’s season. He went 35 for 35 on extra points and nailed 11 of 15 field goals, including a 46-yarder. Against Douglas County, Manthey was flawless, going 6-for-6 on PATs and 3-for-3 on field goals, with a long of 39 yards. His consistency makes him a cornerstone for Regis Jesuit.

Manthey is pretty much automatic on PATs going 39/42 the three misses coming from blocks. He has a leg on him being able to hit a 52 yard field goal in game that had room to spare. He is a kicker that is dangerous whenever his team crosses midfield. He has been working this offseason on those long field goals and will be a top kicker in the country to know.
