Jace Williamson, teammate of Jackson Kilburg Jackson Kilburg 6'3" | 220 lbs | QB Kent School | 2025 State New E and senior at Lipscomb Academy, also announced his transfer to the Kent School in Connecticut. Unlike Kilburg, Williamson is attending as a post-grad after finishing his four-year career in Tennessee. PRZ TN had the senior DB ranked among the top 30 at his position. Taking a quick peek at his senior regular season tape, the nickel/safety DB racked up numerous PBUs while serving a serious role in run support. Tough prospect who can double as a single-high safety option, while also being capable of stationing inside the box, don’t let his physique fool you. Edge-setting, open-field tackling, pass coverage reps, stops made between the tackles, you can see it all unfold on tape. Excited to potentially see him work at the New England Show Days this coming May.

Starting full time this year for the Mustangs, Williamson had a strong season where he handled multiple roles within the Lipscomb defense, showing off his physical play and ability to track the ball well. A bit undersized at 5’9, Williamson more than makes up for it with his aggressive nature, physical mentality and strong football instincts. His game is better suited right now to stop the run, which may be why college coaches like him at nickel but playing strong safety is also in the cards for this Nashville area defender as well. Playing on special teams could be an area where Williamson excels too. A lot of versatility resides with Williamson, so it will be interesting to see where he lands in the college ranks.

is a highly intelligent DB that plays with a feisty attitude despite being on the smaller side. In the secondary, he is a Free Safety that can play both split and post field with comfortability. He displays excellent route recognition and maintains very good leverage of concepts. Smooth in pedal, Williamson is an exceptional athlete with good transitions and closing speed downhill. When tackling he is very aggressive and shows solid technique to wrap and finish. Against the run, he can run the alley and stays in phase with the runner from deep alignment.
