Not a reclass, post-grad, or transfer here but still potentially newsworthy. Brody Garner Brody Garner 6’1″ | 160 lbs | ATH New E , a middle schooler who frequents our PRZ Next camps, announced he’ll be continuing his young football career at the Kent School. I won’t be getting into any part of his game here, I’ll leave real analysis and evaluations until after I see a freshman tape out of him, hopefully, this time next year. We are months away from officially being able to cover 2028s across the network. When that time comes, Brody Garner Brody Garner 6’1″ | 160 lbs | ATH New E will be on my, as well as Roger Silva’s, radar.

Huge news here, I wasn’t aware of Kilburg’s skills prior to diving into his tape before writing.

Formerly out of Lipscomb Academy HS in Nashville, Tennessee, Jackson Kilburg Jackson Kilburg 6’3″ | 220 lbs | QB Kent School | 2025 New E announced three weeks ago his transfer to The Kent School. Kilburg will not be reclassifying, however, he plans to play his final year of HS ball at TKS, which makes sense considering he’s already a prominent quarterback prospect. Dating back to early 2023, Kilburg has accumulated scholarship offers out of UAB, Eastern Kentucky, Memphis, and Marshall. We cover plenty of transfer and reclass kids, not often you see one of this caliber move out of state. Huge news for the Kent School.

Jace Williamson, teammate of Jackson Kilburg Jackson Kilburg 6’3″ | 220 lbs | QB Kent School | 2025 New E and senior at Lipscomb Academy, also announced his transfer to the Kent School in Connecticut. Unlike Kilburg, Williamson is attending as a post-grad after finishing his four-year career in Tennessee. PRZ TN had the senior DB ranked among the top 30 at his position. Taking a quick peek at his senior regular season tape, the nickel/safety DB racked up numerous PBUs while serving a serious role in run support. Tough prospect who can double as a single-high safety option, while also being capable of stationing inside the box, don’t let his physique fool you. Edge-setting, open-field tackling, pass coverage reps, stops made between the tackles, you can see it all unfold on tape. Excited to potentially see him work at the New England Show Days this coming May.

Played all four years of HS ball at Platt RVT HS in Milford, Connecticut. Was unranked previously. Sheppherd’s Twitter was relatively quiet for years on end. The now 2025 post-graduate is likely attempting to spark any form of recruiting interest by serving a role on this talented Kent School roster. Makes sense. I opened up his senior tape, just over five minutes worth of “big-time plays”. The senior was certainly worthy of a ranking based on this tape that released back in December. Sheppherd Jr. worked out of an offense that predicated its success on misdirection sets post-snap, with Sheppherd being the main recipient of said sets. Seemingly the program’s entire offense, I’d get a move to TKS, the more eyes on this diamond in the ruff, the better. WR, KR/PR, RB, The Kent School can get creative with how they deploy him on offense. This addition could be more effective than many might think. Sheppherd also took direct snaps as a wild-cat QB for Platt RVT, an all-around weapon now at TKS’s disposal.

Formerly a 2025 out of Trumbull HS in Trumbull, Connecticut. Announced late February his intention to reclass to 2026 and enroll at The Brunswick School. There may not be too many Brunswick new additions to speak of right now, yet bringing in Sean Berntsen Sean Berntsen 6’4″ | 270 lbs | OL Brunswick | 2026 New E is game-changer in every sense of the word. Berntsen could be the team’s lone add, it should still leave the coaching staff excited. Left tackle reps displayed on film. An early rep shocker, throttler. Great off the snap, hips are springy, the young man can build up power from said hips in a flash. Great down-blocker because of traits listed above, an equally impressive pass-protector too. Would rank as a top 50 player at the very least, high recruiting ceiling, especially if he can reach 6’5. Tape is a bit short, but gets the job done, showcasing his full spectrum of abilities while sprinkling in some positional versatility. Easily one of my favorite new names out of the 2026 class.

Same premise stated above. Although there might not be an abundance of prospects coming in, Brunswick made sure to make the early splashes count. Formerly a Danbury 2025, was unranked previously because of a lack of seasonal tape. A full season tape was posted just 20 days ago, begins with Edwards showing off his arm length, batting a ball away through a players catch point from behind. My kind of corner, 6’3, arms that can scratch his knees, a corner you can trust to play man (half-field). A willing tackler, special at the LOS too. Showcases a real back pedal, has enough confidence in himself to not panic if a wideout wins off the snap, which is rare on tape. Many reps showcasing perfect hip flipping, I hardly ever use the word perfect. Physical, annoying, and handsy when in phase. One of the best corner tapes I’ve plugged in in some time. Don’t be surprised to see this young man see serious FBS interest soon.
