About Isaiah
Expert Analysis
Alin Edouard | Prep Redzone Scout
Isaiah is a versatile athlete who can impact the game at multiple positions, but his highest ceiling is clearly at quarterback. On film, he shows natural playmaking ability with the ball in his hands, combining athleticism, vision, and instincts that translate well to the position.
At quarterback, he demonstrates the ability to extend plays, keep his eyes downfield, and create opportunities both as a passer and a runner. He’s comfortable operating in space, making defenders miss, and turning broken plays into positive gains. His arm talent and ability to throw on the move add another dimension that makes him dangerous every snap.

The second half of the ultra-versatile offensive athletes, Rasheed can line up at RB and WR and even manned the helm at QB in Mack’s week 3 absence. It’s important for the Eagles to keep the ball rolling through these two’s hands, as Rasheed complements Mack’s abilities with his own unique size/speed combo. Isaiah is true all-around football player, as he has demonstrated legitimate college-level traits as a passer, receiver, and runner. He thrives at accelerating with his 4.4 speed and ability to put his foot in the ground and explode out of his cuts. Expect to see Rasheed in the run game, flats, and even downfield shots tomorrow night. Isaiah has received offers from Arizona and Texas Tech.

Isaiah may not have been the starter last season at Atascocita, but he carries himself with the poise and presence of one. From the moment he stepped on the field, it was clear he had starter level traits a smooth throwing motion, consistent footwork, and a natural feel for timing. His ball placement stood out in drills, especially on intermediate throws where he led receivers into space with precision.
A true dual threat, he displayed great feel in the pocket with the ability to escape and extend plays. His arm talent stood out clean release, good velocity, and accurate ball placement, especially on the move. He stayed composed in pressure moments and made smart decisions with limited reps. With more opportunity, Isaiah has the tools to lead an offense and turn heads.

After a strong sophomore season for the dynamic dual-threat QB, Rasheed looks to take another step forward in 2025. Rasheed shared the backfield with two P4-level RBs in 2024. With one of the two out of Atascocita now, Rasheed should be in a prime position for a thousand-yard passing and rushing season for the Eagles in his junior campaign. While slightly small-framed, Isaiah recently ran a 4.55 40 and runs with surprising power. He carries these traits along with great poise and touch in the pocket, which he looks to build upon. Rasheed holds an offer from Arizona.

Rasheed takes over at Houston powerhouse program Atascocita heading into his sophomore season. He has the skill set to make plays with his arm and he is a dynamic runner who has the speed to run away from defenders at the second level. He has a strong arm, he can deliver strikes into small coverage windows and he has the pocket presence to evade the rush, step up through heavy traffic and deliver frozen ropes. He showed his wheels tonight with his first rushing touchdown of the season and he helped lead Atascocita to a 35-7 over Lamar. Rasheed has a high ceiling and he will be a key to the Eagles getting back to the playoffs in 2024.

Passes the test from an athleticism, physical measurements and potential standpoint right away. Measured in at 5-foot-11 and 145-pounds and ran (hand time) a 4.6 in the forty and a 4.31 in the shuttle. Both of which were at the top, or near the top, of all athletes who tested. At the Quarterback position, he did test the best. That being said, he appears to be more an Athlete than a Quarterback at this point. Without question one of the fastest, most athletic kids there but needs to sharpen up QB skills to maximize his ability as he progresses into high school
