Watching his film from this past fall season and then some of his more recent 7on7 work from this spring, there’s a lot to be excited about when it comes to Bolden. He’s one of those rare prospects that I feel is a quarterback, but calls himself an athlete. 95%+ of the time a prospect is a great athlete, but not a great quarterback and simply ends up at the position because of what he can make happen. With Bolden he’s lucky enough to be an athletic kid that also checks the boxes as a quarterback too. He’s a good-sized kid at 6-foot and 155 pounds (unverified) with great length. Bolden is scary with the ball in his hands too, as running the QB Keeper was a staple in his offensive bag of tricks this year. At times can put a little too much air under his throws but was able to get away with it due to big plays by receivers, but this can be fixed with more development and improved arm strength. Also made significant plays on the defensive side of the ball as a linebacker and safety.
