Franklin is a fairly buzzy RB prospect out of Saraland who has plenty of tread on the tires. He is a smaller but lean and leggy prospect who has room to fill out and grow. He is a slick, elusive runner who is scrappy and strains the most out of each rep. He has some of the most developmental upside out of the RB group, and future growth will be the difference maker.

“Franklin is a versatile back who can create explosive plays both inside and outside the tackles. He’s quick on his feet and has terrific vision that he uses to make the most out of every carry on the ground.
I’m really impressed with Franklin’s patience and ability to follow his blockers. He’s great at waiting for lanes to develop, and always strikes at the perfect time, leading to some really productive runs.”

– Speed and quickness is the immediate takeaway from watching him on film. Has some explosiveness to his game
– In addition to football, he also plays baseball and is listed as a Utility player for the Port City club
– There’s a lot to like about Franklin who will feed into Mary G. Montgomery High School next season. I like his build and ability a lot–he’s just on the smaller side (nationally) as of August 2024 at 5-foot-7 and 140-pounds.
