ranks as our #6 QB in the 2024 class and capped off a great high school career which saw him throw for nearly 6,000 yards and 61 touchdowns along with 1,100 rushing yards and 32 more scores during his time as a Bee. Crookshanks is a physically built quarterback at 6’1 200 who is more of a bulldozing runner than a fast one. He has a big arm that can toss bombs and throw with zip on short and intermediate throws. High academic student posting a 4.28 GPA and will sign with a D2 school come February. A tough and physical quarterback with arm talent to match it. Throws a pretty deep ball that can stretch defenses vertically. Calm in the pocket and doesn’t panic but as mentioned is athletic enough to take off and run along with being capable of executing designed QB runs. Crookshanks can also throw with touch and lay passes in softly showing he’s not just a fastball pitcher so to speak.
