Koo is new to the top 10 moving up 16 spots to #9 overall and is the top ranked WR. Outstanding technical skillset combined with elite level ball tracking and adjustment ability. Quick off the line using a wide variety of release moves to avoid contact and get into his route without disrupting route timing. His ability to mix up tempo and sell breaks keeps defenders off balance and guessing. Stands out tracking ball flight and making difficult adjustments outside his frame, over his shoulder and through contact. His complete skillset lands him as one of the premier WR’s in the region holding 22 offers with high level programs like Michigan, Ohio State, USC, and Oregon coming through this spring/summer.

Koo has been the breakout star off the offseason and he wrapped that offseason with another stellar performance on Saturday at his former school. He treats every play like it’s a clutch play in the Super Bowl and no ball is uncatchable when Koo is the intended receiver. Koo is a master at creating separation at the top of the route and should be a touchdown machine for Tustin this season.

Koo has been the biggest stock riser of the offseason and had another strong performance on Saturday. He flat out makes plays and was consistently running by defenders in man and zone coverage throughout the day. Koo can bring down any ball that is near him and was beating some of the top defensive backs in the state.

Koo was consistently the best receiver on the first two days of the Elite 11 Finals in LA recently. He was running sharp routes and making very difficult catches. The quarterbacks on hand were impressed with Koo and were lining up to try to get him running routes for them.

Koo also had a dominant performance at an Ohio State camp and picked up a major offer from the Buckeyes.

Koo caught 53 passes for 796 yards with seven touchdowns for Tustin after transferring from Mission Viejo.

Koo has turned heads at multiple stops and camps this off-season and through this summer, and he is a twitched up athlete with good downfield speed and sure hands. He is a very smooth and patient route runner that has a good burst off the ball, body control in traffic and shows he can create seperation downfield and tracks well over the top. A very balanced player with some good upside and growth potential down the line, Koo should have a breakout season this Fall and start to see some college offers come in over the next off-season.
