Grayson is now heading into his senior year with an incredible opportunity ahead of him. Over the offseason, he has committed to Columbia University. His athleticism is impressive. His ability to explode out of his first move is evident, and he can make multiple defenders whiff on tackles. I’m excited to see the final version of Grayson’s high school career.

Grayson has been offered several offers throughout camp season and will be someone to watch out for. Primarily a running back, he will be the main option to replace Ohio State lacrosse commit Jake Struck. Grayson impresses with his quickness throughout the first level of the field. He has a twitch in his body when he picks a hole, making it hard to get down on the ground. He can make defenders miss and is generally a good mover. I’d like to see more reps from him as a pass catcher, but Grayson will cover a majority of the ground game this season. Defensively, Grayson will line up as a safety. Smart and disciplined is the name of his game, and his athleticism shines on that side of the ball.

As I watched Davis go through the running back drills, he really showed off his top shelf athleticism. He showed the ability to one cut and get up field. He also showed off the ability to make guys miss in 1v1’s. Davis has a good frame with more room to add more good weight. I’m very excited to see the future holds for Davis.

Legit Division I RB prospect. Great COD, above-average top -end speed, can make defenders miss. Athletic running back with a great frame and plenty of room to grow.

Davis, a multi-sport athlete, is already drawing interest from Ivy League teams. Perhaps more could be in store for the 5-foot-11 sophomore, who put up 131 yards rushing in the first half of last week’s sectional win. Davis is a tough inside running back who runs through contact, finishes forward and fights for extra yards.
