Grady just published new junior season highlights on his Hudl and they are fun to watch through. First off, the kid is absolutely massive with an elite 6’6″ 295 lbs frame with a huge reach advantage over his opponents. That reach aids his top trait. That is how strong his hands and upper body is. Grady is constantly throwing DL around with his strong upper body. Farley plays with that punishing, mean streak mentality that a dominant trench athlete needs to win at this level and beyond too. I’m pumped to see how Grady continues to develop his mobility because as that improves we are going to see him skyrocket in the rankings and in his recruitment. Dive into his highlights.

Grady went up against the talented Rufus King front seven in Week 1 and for the most part was able to bully them. The massive OT is starting to grow into that big frame and get comfortable moving in space. His pass set is looking smoother and he is able to cover ground and use his length to his advantage on speed rushers or guys trying to get into his chest. Plus the anchor strength stood out too when he would settle in. In the run game is where he still shines most. Grady fires out, gets his hands locked on and runs his man off the line. What I love most is the big man is a finisher. Every chance he could you saw him bury a kid into the ground with violence. The arrow continues to point up for the talented junior.

. He has the raw tools, and if he can take the next step in his development and show that he did this season then big things will be ahead for Grady. He has elite size for the OL at 6’6″ 290 lbs with a 7′ wingspan making him a massive problem for pass rushers to try and get around. Where it will be important for Grady this season is showing how well he can move and react at that size. Some of his camp clips are hinting at a solid improvement in lateral movement and flexibility while looking more comfortable overall. If that carries to the field this fall we could see a massive leap for Grady. This is definitely a prospect with plenty to offer.

Coaches, Brookfield East has an up and coming OL prospect that looks like he is going to be a Need to Know athlete. The freshman is developing an impressive frame. He is already 6’4″ 240 lbs with an elite 6’10” wingspan. Farley is still developing his body control and flexibility, but as that improves the sky will be the limit. His film shows us a lineman with strength that stands out from his peers at the freshman level. In the run game Grady plows DL off the ball and into the ground. He is developing range that will make him an effective puller, and he is already making a habit out of finishing every block with a pancake. Keep an eye on the development of the up and coming freshman.
