Gavin is a great receiver similar to a ton of other elite D2 prospects I’ve seen in the past. That said, I view Gavin more as a receiver as I do a running back- the position he primarily played this season.
As a receiver, Gavin is extremely explosive, runs great routes, and is able to make people miss in the open field. He’s stood out at multiple camps throughout the last offseason, and I don’t remember him dropping a single pass. Just watch the film- he’s a great slot receiver with a ton of potential.
