ATH | Gavin Noonan Gavin Noonan 5'10" | 170 lbs | WR Walled Lake Western | 2024 State MI
Gavin was by far the best performer from yesterday. He could not be stopped. Mainly playing RB, Gavin was an explosive presence who consistently shot through the gaping holes made by the WLW offensive line. I was actually pleasantly surprised by just how great he did at the running back position, as his true position is as a slot receiver. Gavin also did good on defense. Racking up well over 150 yards, I’m looking forward to seeing what he does moving forward! Check out his highlights from yesterday’s game below.
A playmaker all over the field on defense, he was making big plays every drive. He was a supringly great run defender, as he would fire from his safety position to wreck the opposing ballcarrier. In pass defense, he was really solid as well. In fact, there were. a few instances where he could have come down with interceptions. Amazing game from Troy!
QB | Kalieb Osborne Kalieb Osborne 6'5" | 200 lbs | QB Waterford Mott | 2024 State MI
Kaleib did great for what he was given. The Mott offense seemed predictable for a lot of the game, as it consisted of QB power and constant screens. Early in the game, Kalieb was running his tail off with the Qb power and he was able to fight for a ton of extra yards. Later in the game, he wasn’t able to run quite as hard, but that’s expected. On his few deeper throws, Kaleieb had good accuracy and evaded pressure within the pocket well. I hope to see Mott open up the playbook a bit more in the near future!
ATH | Donovan Isaac
Isaac was the main screen target all day. He also ran a few routes downfield, and overall he looked great. He’s Mott’s best weapon by a longshot and made the most of his touches. I believe he raked up over 100 yards on the day, and he’s bound to perform even better against other league opponents.
