Overall, he performed well and seemed to grow as a player during the Showcase. Starry has a ton of potential as a linebacker. He had a strong season for Cedar Crest as a linebacker and has a chance to play at an even higher-level next year. Starry’s instincts and fundamentals are excellent. He should grow as a player even more next year.

He showed this in his film by constantly making plays all over the field. In one clip he intercepted a pass at the goal line and returned it for a touchdown. With the athleticism I see on film, I am excited to see how he does during the combine portion of the showcase.

On Friday night he played well and made a ton of plays all over the field. He had 10 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, and a pass breakup. He is good in the run game and the passing game. He does a nice job of reading his keys and attacking downhill. Starry has a chance to have a good sophomore season.
