State champion Gabriel Moore Gabriel Moore 6'4" | 245 lbs | DL Louisville | 2023 State MS carried on the Louisville tradition of producing a dominant defensive this year. Throughout the year, Moore totaled over 40 tackles for loss, 13 sacks, and 6 forced fumbles off the edge. The long pass rusher showed great burst off the ball, ability to bend in space, and a variety of moves to get after the quarterback. It is no shocker that Mississippi State took notice of his talents earlier this month. Moore will look to sign with the Bulldogs and continue his career as a defensive end in Starkville.

Moore has a tremendous ability to get into the backfield and be impactful on every play. This season he recorded 12 sacks and multiple tackles. Simply having him on the field created a mismatch for anyone attempting to block him. Moore is a MIssissippi State commit who also received offers from Troy, Arkansas State and others. Gabriel is an excellent athlete who has a bright future ahead of him. Nevertheless Moore is Awarded with 4A Top 5 Sack Leaders

The Wildcats could be well on their way to yet another 4A state championship, and Moore continues to make highlight reel style plays. On the season so far, the pass rushing end has totaled over 35 tackles for loss, 12 sacks, and 4 forced fumbles. Moore has the frame and athleticism to become a monster at the next level. Holding offers from Troy, Southern Miss, Arkansas State, and Mississippi State already, Moore could find himself with even more opportunities on the table come signing day in December.
