confidently proving himself as a core component of the Panthers’ offense immediately as a sophomore, Fuller saw an uptick in targets in 2025, putting up strong numbers despite up-and-down performances within the passing game. Fuller recorded 51 receptions for 679 yards and 5 TDs. The 3-sport athlete for the Panthers flashed some impressive athleticism, including a 31″ vertical jump, a 375 lb squat, and a 455 lb deadlift. Fuller utilizes his frame very well, showing nimble agility and sneaky footwork to create separation outside and showcasing great high-point ability to nab jump-balls over the DBs’ head, making him a dangerous vertical threat. Fuller has generated attention from several D1 and D2 teams over this offseason, and it will be intriguing to see who makes the first move in offering Fuller at the next level.

Fuller has added 20 pounds to his projectable frame since I last wrote about him coming out of the Back2Ballin 7 on 7 tournament in Cedar Falls 10 months ago. He stood out on both sides of the ball as a Knoxville junior in 2025. Fuller caught 51 passes for 679 yards and five touchdowns. He totaled 23.0 tackles, 14 of which were solo stops. Fuller averaged 15.3 yards on 13 kick returns. He put together an 11th-grade highlight video that reveals what he does well. The first clip features him winning a jump ball in the end zone. The second one shows him running a short crossing route and picking up inside yards. It’s a well-rounded skill set at receiver. His quickness, long arms and leaping ability also make him an interesting prospect on defense, where he could project as a hybrid.

Fuller impressed me on both sides of the ball when watching him perform at the 2025 Back 2 Ballin 7-on-7 tournament this spring. He’s a long-limbed athlete with good speed and feel for the game. You can check out the potential for yourself by viewing his sophomore highlight video. Fuller operates effectively out of the slot as a precise route runner with a burst. He ranked second among Panthers with 31 receptions, which resulted in 414 yards and five touchdowns as a sophomore last season.
