When it comes to the 2027 quarterback class, there aren’t many signal callers that we’re more familiar with than Union’s Dylan Taylor Dylan Taylor 6'0" | 177 lbs | QB Union | 2027 State OK as he heads into his senior season. Taylor has been to many of our offseason showcase camps and every time he shows up, he’s one of the best quarterbacks in attendance. Last season, he split reps with another quarterback but now, the position is his and he’s going to have the keys to this Union offense. Taylor looked solid back in the spring and all indications are that he has torn it up in the preseason. Union is looking to bounce back this season and get back in the 6A-1 mix. One way is with a solid offense and Taylor certainly has the potential to put up some numbers and elevate his overall stock as a QB. 

There aren’t many quarterbacks in the state’s 2027 class that we’ve seen more than Dylan Turner at Union. Turner is one of those quarterback prospects that is always better than the last time we’ve seen him. That was the case again this spring when we caught the Redhawks in person. We’re looking forward to seeing what Taylor does in the Union offense this season. At this time last year, he was battling another QB for the starting position and that battle lasted throughout the season. This year, he looks like he is the guy and there’s plenty of potential there for a breakout season. Taylor is going to be a fun quarterback to watch when Union takes the field.
