About Deuce
Expert Analysis
Caleb Sisk | Prep Redzone Scout
Geralds was a star in this game, as he was a force up front. Any success that the Wolves had running the ball was when they ran away from him. He is one of the better players in the state when it comes to dominating the line of scrimmage. He isn’t the biggest guy, but if/when LSU adds weight to him, he will be a monster in the SEC. Geralds ability to rush the passer is noticeable, but Raiola did a good job getting the ball out quick in this one.

a 4-star Under Armour All-American defensive tackle, as ranked by 24/7 Sports. A true game-changer on both sides of the ball, he racked up an impressive 48 total tackles and 66 assists last season, according to MaxPreps. But his impact doesn’t stop there — he also found the end zone 8 times on offense, showcasing his rare athleticism for a big man. With a relentless motor and elite explosiveness off the line, he embodies the definition of a “trench monster.” Whether blowing up plays in the backfield or bulldozing his way to the goal line, he’s a nightmare for opponents and a cornerstone of the Eagles’ 2025 campaign.

It’s well documented at this point, but Deuce Geralds is one of the best combinations of speed and power in the entire country. So much so, that he is a playmaker on offense as well, flashing surprising mobility and nearly 20 MPH GPS speed, making him unstoppable in space. He has the speed to instantly catch the edge and the power to settle down and set the edge. Geralds should be viewed as a high-floor prospect who will start several years at the P4 level.

One of the more productive defenders across the state, Geralds might be slightly undersized, but his motor, fundamentals, and aggressive style of play makes up for it. He’s a strong, powerful lineman who shed blocks with ease and consistently finds his way to the backfield. He’s a natural pass-rusher who has terrorized quarterbacks since his very first starts as a freshman. He plays against great competition on a weekly basis and constantly proves why he’s one of the best prospects in Georgia for the 2026 class. Now, he’s ranked as the No. 11 prospect in the state after a strong junior season where he made 114 tackles, 30 TFLs and 13 sacks.
