Long, lanky corner with the ideal length and skillset to stick on the outside and press. He uses his length to re-route at the line and make windows small throughout the route process. His fluid hips allow him to turn, run, and stay in stride with receivers. He does a good job of getting his hands up, making it even more difficult to drop the ball over him. He gets off blocks nicely on the outside and uses his length to wrap around the trunk of ball carriers. Horsley has room to add plenty of weight, which will up the floor of his game.
