For a youngster, he plays with good mechanics. He does a good job of keeping his shoulders squared to the ball carrier and takes good angles when he pursues. He is a willing and capable tackler, striking with good pad level and getting his arms around ball carriers. With his combination of fundamentals, athleticism, and upside, he could be a multi-year varsity contributor.
