About Denzell

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Fearless in the trenches and ball hawk in the air. High IQ on both sides of the ball at QB and DB.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Natural leader on both sides of the ball. I play to win and push those around me to perform at their best.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Academic awards for region and county.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I continue to develop my leadership skill and a sponge when it comes to learning from other about the game. I've been on several mission trips which reinforces my belief in giving back.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

In July of 24 I learned I tore my meniscus and would be out for the season due to meniscus repair surgery. I elected this surgery as I would still have full meniscus and a fighting chance to return this season. With Faith, God's Grace and hard work I overcame season ending injury 5 weeks early. Blessed to play final three regular season games and helped get us to the playoffs.

Flip the field, and he’s a cornerback with lockdown instincts, physicality at the line, and the speed to erase separation in a heartbeat. Army’s getting a warrior who plays every snap like it’s the fourth quarter of a championship game.
