Daylen Jackson Daylen Jackson 6'1" | 210 lbs | EDGE/TE Episcopal | 2029 State VA is a very explosive edge rusher being listed at 6’1″ 210 and only a freshman, which leaves ton of room to grow. As I evaluated Daylen film he has showcased unrelenting power and burst. Jackson is a very dominate edge rusher as he has elite bend, an elite swim move and more. I believe Daylen can play anywhere on the line and still be a true disrupter and be a mismatch for anybody going up against him as he does an amazing job at shedding blocks or even beating them off the line with his burst. If somehow you are able to put hands on him its because he is allowing you to because he is reading and breaking down the play so he can make a play for his team. This upcoming season I am sure he will continue to be a dominate force for his team and I am very sure his rankings will go up and not only for his respected position but also for the state of Virginia as he is currently ranked #45.

Daylen is an Edge defender for Episcopal who plays with good power, bend, and balance. Good pass rusher with good use of hands and the ability to bend around Offensive Tackles while remaining balanced and not losing a step. Can hold his ground and shed blocks versus the run. I am impressed by what I see. He is one to keep an eye on.
