Hall is arguably the most hidden-gem player on this list. He brings the boom, and he does that at 100%. He is a guy who continues to improve with his speed, and it has improved a ton. He is likely the fastest guy on this list in pads. Hall can absolutely ball when it comes to taking angles as well. He continues to work on his defense in coverage, which is the area that will need the most improvement, but even that has shown its positives. I am a huge fan of Hall, and he is one of my guys.
