Dameer was a highlight reel at M2. He has a complete skill set at the WR position. Showed a wide catch radius, tracked the ball well in the air, and did a great job of elevating to win the contested throws. Phifer showed the ability to run the route tree with success. He gets in out of his cuts with few steps and good efficiency. Dameer will be a top WR in the New England class of 2025.

Film Highlight Review: Dameer is a slot WR who is a big play threat every time he touches the ball. Shows great quickness and acceleration when running routes. Tracks the ball well in the air, and does a nice job of finding the holes in pass coverage. Shows versatility in his route running, from the screen game to a vertical threat.
Projection: His physical measurables (height and weight) align him as a Division 1 FBS-FCS prospect.

No tape has been released since the release of his sophomore tape 11 months ago. Said tape is what got him on this list. Ball skills shown off immediately, highly difficult catches, Phifer comes down with them, whether at corner or wideout. Can jump out of the gym, I imagine this kid tests well at camps based on some of the catches he shows on tape. Think he’ll earn a scholarship for his prowess at DB, yet he’s a natural pass-catcher and playmaker on offense. Smart route runner, smooth glider, ball comes into his hands easily. Can work inside out, Tabor Academy wants to get him the rock downfield. Works well with the sideline, uses it to his advantage. Most of his tape conveys an offensive threat, yet I’d argue he’s one of the better two-way prospects in his class. Excited to see film from this Fall.
