in the offseason playing 7v7 has boosted our opinion of him. But we believe that Person has some of the best hands in the state of Oklahoma. Out of the ten prospects on this breakdown, Person is one of the smallest wide receivers on the list. It doesn’t matter. Watch him play and watch him make catch after catch. If the ball is remotely close, he finds a way to make a catch and come down with the ball. We understand that there will be concerns with his size at the next level. But again, we don’t care and it doesn’t matter. Person has been undersized the last two years and it hasn’t stopped him.
