2026 George Washington QB Cy Persinger Cy Persinger 6'3" | 185 lbs | QB George Washington | 2026 State WV is coming off possibly his best performance of the season in a big win over a very good Barnesville (OH) program. He’s helped the Patriots to a 5-0 start, one of their best in recent years. Persinger is managing the offense well, both with his arm and with his legs when needed. He’s a high upside quarterback prospect who’s still developing and has the frame and arm strength to become a future college starter at the D2 level.
