Cooper has been fantastic this year in the secondary. He shows good coverage skills, will get dirty and help in run support and shows good closing speed. He’s a player that does a good job of making a play on the ball and filling any of the gaps that is needed on defense.

Harsin will be a key player in the secondary against Brighton, with their size and length, his physiacality and range will be needed to help out and minimize the effectiveness of their receivers, if he can shut down his area, it’ll go a long way for Davis.

Harsin is an excellent defensive backs and a glue guy for the defense. He is technically sound, has good anticipation, and is a textbook tackler. He’s a versatile player who if needed can be a cover corner, cover bigger receivers and tight ends and can be a box safety or the deep safety. That versatility allows the other defensive backs to be interchangeable and without Harsin, the Davis defense would be lacking.

Harsin has excellent size for the position and shows good footwork and awareness to cover bigger slot receivers. He has good coverage skills to stick to receivers and makes a play on the ball including swiping at the receiver’s hands to create turnovers and breaking up passes. Harsin has excellent technique and angles when making tackles and is a player who prevents big plays from happening. He is versatile enough to play both Safety positions, has a keen sense of finding the ball, and displays physicality. Harsin would make for an ideal box safety or hybrid STAR role where he can roam around. He does have good range and can be a deep safety to disrupt plays on the back end.
