Samuel has great size and speed combination. He shows great athleticism, and has good hips and does well changing direction. He excels in getting vertical with his routes and displays strong hands and a large catch radius. He does a good job creating late separation and frames the DB out with his size. He has a great understanding of how to use his body to his advantage. He uses his length to disrupt receivers and gets his hands into the body of a receiver, breaking up passes. Huge potential to be a riser. Has all the tools to be an FBS-caliber recruit. Great upside.
