Connor is a QB that I believe will continue to climb up this list. He is a technically sound passer, and the ball jumps out with more velocity than what you see from a lot of high school QBs. That arm strength is clutch on several throws where he can’t step into it or get his feet perfectly set. The kid is a gamer too. When things break down he finds a way to make things happen outside of the original structure of the play. It is also great to see he completed just shy of 62% of his passes as a junior too. The signal caller should be able to put together a great summer showing off his accuracy, effective range on his passes, and timing.
It was a tough night for the junior QB overall, but that is going to happen. Connor did a great job of competing, though. He delivered on several big passes that moved the offense up and down the field. Things just couldn’t come together to finish drives off. Individually, Connor showed really impressive accuracy on his deep ball. He was’t afraid to let it rip and Connor knew exactly where he should put it for his big play receiver to go up and get it. Connor was mobile in the pocket too until he got banged up, but even then he never missed a snap and found ways to stay alive when pressure was getting through. Navis is putting together a very strong early season with 11 TDs to 1 INT. Don’t sleep on him.

. The Appleton West QB has attended a few of these events and his offseason dedication is translating to improvements in his game. I was really impressed with the mechanics of the sophomore QB. From the start of his throw to the release, his throwing motion was one of the smoothest in attendance. That smooth, natural delivery allowed him to easily repeat it leading to accurate throws that were to the right shoulder or aiming point depending on what the throw called for.
What also set Connor apart was that while being smooth and accurate the 2027 was still able to get plenty of velocity on the ball and zip it downfield. Lastly, Connor caught my eyes with the ways that he was able to create velocity while throwing on the move and from awkward arm angles. I’m pumped up to watch Connor continue to build on this strong foundation he has created within his QB game.

. Connor has the size of a future college commit. He also has the pocket mobility and poise of a next level prospect. Connor is able to escape, elude, or create a way to buy time all while keeping his eyes downfield. The ’27 QB has a really solid arm that opens up the intermediate and deep levels of the field. Plus the mechanics are there to make him accurate on a consistent basis. Navis has a well rounded skillset that is going to continue to develop and push him higher up this list. I’m excited to see what he does as a junior.
