Connor played both ways. On offense he played quarterback and on defense he lined up at safety. Connor did a great job of running the Eagles offense. He’s a quarterback who can hurt you with this arm or his legs. He finished with 179 yards on 10-12 passing for 4 touchdowns and added 70 rushing yards and 1 touchdown on 4 carries. His passes were on point all evening long. He showed the ability to make the timing throws in the short to intermediate game and had nice touch on his deep throws. He had a couple of really nice runs on designed run plays and at least one where a pass play broke down and he tucked it and made a chunk play out of nothing.
