Collin Hayes Collin Hayes 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Parkersburg South | 2026 State WV quarterbacked the Patriots in 2024 and could do the same as a senior if they need him to. He’s also a very good defensive player at linebacker, where he’ll play more if he’s not QB1 this season. Hayes is undersized but plays much bigger and is a fearless competitior. He’s a valuable piece to their team and can be moved around to any skill position that they need him in.

2026 Parkersburg South QB/ATH Collin Hayes Collin Hayes 5'8" | 165 lbs | ATH Parkersburg South | 2026 State WV bounced back well in week two after some struggles in week one in his first season as QB1 for the Patriots. Hayes showed his dual-threat ability against University with an efficient 13/18 for 204 yards and a touchdown night while also adding 101 yards and another score on the ground. He handled rainy conditions well and let his playmakers on the outside go up and make things happen. Hayes will continue to develop as a passer as an unconventional and undersized quarterback but has the natural playmaking ability to put up some big numbers this season and next.
