Cole was an incredible high school football player for Dexter. Incredibly explosive, great vision, and one of the fastest players in the country. Likely the best receiving RB I’ve ever watched at the high school level.

After high school, Cole enrolled at the University of Michigan. After a redshirt season, Cole sat during 2024 due to injury. At first, Cole transferred to Minnesota. Some time later, Cole decided to commit to Western Michigan- somewhere that he’ll almost surely have an opportunity.

In High School, Cole was an ELECTRIC player. Also, he was a true dual-threat Running back. During his senior season, he totaled 1500 yards on the ground with another 470 through the air.

Currently, Cole is still at Michigan and seems to be on the brink of consistent playing time. Last year, he had a few carries against Bowling Green State and has participated in the games against Texas, Minnesota, Fresno State, and Arkansas State.

It’s difficult to gauge where Cole is on the depth chart, but it’s hard to imagine him not being a productive Power 4 player sometime soon. I personally can’t imagine what it’s like earning playing time at any D1 school but from what I knew of Cole in High School it seems like he has the work ethic to make it happen.

The Michigan Commit makes it look easy. The speed, the power, the IQ is elite. With Dexter’s more balanced offense with an upgrade at QB, I expect Cabana to be even more dominant. Looking forward to seeing him continue to dominate.

Cole Cabana Cole Cabana 6'0" | 185 lbs | RB Dexter | 2023 State MI is a SPEED DEMON that has a ton of amazing RB fundamentals. In addition to his 10.55 100M, Cabana is extremely agile and has great cuts and balance after contact. Committed to Michigan, I can’t wait to cheer him on in a few years.
