During an in-person scouting opportunity in Week 3 of the 2025 season, Myers showed me his potential as a prospect on both sides of the trench. The senior disrupted what his opponent wanted to do offensively by controlling the line of scrimmage and racking up 2.5 tackles for loss. As much as he impressed on that side of the ball, Myers stood out a bit more as a center. Solon continually found success running behind him during a 35-20 victory against rival Mount Vernon. Myers is a smooth operator, concentrating on getting the ball to the quarterback before paving the way with leverage and power. He also sets up well in pass protection and communicates well with his line mates.

Myers was a menace on the interior of the Spartans’ D-Line in 2024. He was credited with 27.5 tackles, 20 of which were solo stops. He posted 6.5 tackles for loss and a pair of sacks. When we watch his junior highlight video, a physical front man appears. Myers performs with good leverage, getting under the O-Lineman’s pads and guiding him with his hands. He holds the line, flows to the football and disengages from blocks when it’s time to drop the ball carrier. Myers has a strong base and plays with balance, which helps him stay on his feet. He has his head up and eyes on the target, operating within the framework of the defensive scheme.
