Joy is one difference-maker for Trinity.

After Trinity head coach Jordan Hill stepped down to take a job at Penn State, many top players transferred out of the program. Joy has stayed and he has played at a high level all year. When they needed a play from him he has always made the play. Well, Friday night, they needed a play, and Joy caught the game-winning play to win the game 20-17 over Schuylkill Valley. Joy is an outstanding player for Trinity.

Joy is having a special senior year as he helped lead Trinity to a strong year. In this game, he rushed for 162 yards and an eye-popping 4 rushing touchdowns. Joy continues to play at a high level for Trinity.

He is able to explode through the hole and make defenders miss in space. He also shows good speed and runs past defenders at the next level. Joy is a talented player who should continue to play well for Trinity and they need him to continue to play well.

He also had an eye-popping 5 touchdowns. Joy is a great combination of speed and strength as a running back. Joy continues to show he is outplaying his ranking and is an absolute monster at running back.

Ranked far too low, I’ve come to this realization after seeing what Joy is capable of in one sitting. 223 rushing yards on the night, this off just 20 carries. Four of those 20 carries led Trinity’s Christian Joy Christian Joy 5'9" | 170 lbs | RB Trinity | 2025 State PA into the opposing team’s end zone. Two years back, I liked Joy as a Top 350 prospect, yet was turned off a bit prior to this season beginning. Joy has turned my ranking into something to laugh at. Not only did Joy tear through the East Pennsboro defense, Joy also caught an interception from his DB spot. Nights like this prove Joy should be elevated some 300 spots, he should also be moved to the “ATH” position since he can change the swing of a football game no matter the side of the field he’s on. A prime example of a prospect proving me wrong. Hope to see more nights like this out of Joy.

Joy ran for over 200 yards and 4 touchdowns as he was the difference-maker in the game. Joy is a difference-maker at running back. He has a physical running style mixed with good athleticism to make a difference.

Now Mickens is off to Harrisburg as a transfer and it should be Joy’s opportunity to be the top running back. Joy has legit speed and elusiveness to make defenders miss. He also catches the ball well out of the backfield. Joy has a ton of talent and I cannot wait to see him this year at running back for Trinity.

Joy also showed good hands and caught the ball well.I expect him to get even better next season”.
